Aconcagua and Patagonia - Argentina, Chile (January 2016)
2 Jan 2016 to 17 Jan 2016

A two-week expedition to Aconcagua (6,962m) in Argentina, the highest summit in the Andes.

The actual dates for the expedition are still to be confirmed.

The climb itself is not really technical (unless we choose the glacier route), but still a strenuous, unsupported walk at very high altitude and potentially rough weather.

Due to the tough nature of this expedition, the group size is limited to 6.

For further information about the trip or to book on, please contact the meet steward.

Additional Note:
For those willing to extend their stay in the south or others willing to join after the main expedition, Federico will be staying in the continent for another month, exploring Patagonia. Spending some time in Bariloche (Arg), El Chalten (Arg) and Parque Nacional Torres del Paine (Chile). Plenty of opportunities for rock climbing, hiking, trail running, you name it. This part of the trip would be organised loosely, so open for people with flexibility and happy to do their own thing at times.
