Fairhead is one of the largest and best crags in the British Isles - and is in N Ireland, about an hour from Belfast. Non tidal and at sea level, quick drying and free of drainage. Routes are often long and can be up to 3 pitches. Much of the crag faces north but there are good east and west facing sections at each end. This is the third annual joint meet with the Irish Mountaineering club - well known for their positive attitude to socialising and having fun. Accommodation will be in the large but basic Dalriada hut near the crag. The meet is joint with the Climbers Club and the Dalriada themselves. All welcome.
