It's a non-residential course so everyone goes up to Hemel Hempstead each
day - about 1hr 15 mins from central London. Lots of practical exercises,
aimed at mountaineering scenarios, a 3 year certificate at the end of it
after a brief informal assessment and a very good instructor - the same fella
we had last year. Cost about £105. With British Association of Ski Patrollers
or "BASP".
This certificate is valid for MLTB courses such as SPA and ML
NOTE: for the course to run, it will need 10+ people
