Staying at the Eric Byne campsite, on the A619 between Baslow and Chesterfield. The campsite is fairly basic but it's handy for the pub.
Note it is not possible to take cars into the campsite, park in the National Trust carpark next to the Robin Hood pub. It's a half mile walk up the hill from here to the campsite.
Gardoms, Birchen Edge and Chatsworth are all within spitting distance of the campsite, Curbar and Froggatt are about a mile away if you're feeling a bit more ambitious.
