Obergabelhorn, Zinal Rothorn, Weisshorn, Breithorn, Taschhorn, Matterhorn and...the Dom. Come to the Mattertal this summer for the LMC alpine meet. The location will be Tasch, somewhere the club has been before but not for many a long year. I'm currently looking at Attermenzen campsite as a base - midway between Randa and Tasch, the cheapest 3 star campsite in the Valais ( according to Preston MC website) and one frequented by the Alpine Club. I have pre booked excellent weather, light rain every three days from 3-5pm only, one mega storm on day 4 to coincide with a rest day. Fireworks for Swiss national day August 1st.
