Ice climbing in Ouray, Colorado. The 15th Annual Ouray Ice Festival takes place during the first week of our stay. The festival’s various climbing clinics, manufacturer product demos, parties and climbing competitions, coupled with the Ouray Ice Park, will likely keep us in Ouray for the first week. The second week we may explore other frozen waterfalls in the San Juan valley, take an active rest day in Telluride or simply rate the attempts by various Colorado microbreweries to best Real Ale!
